Jerry and all the folks at Auto House are friendly and so kind. We were so impressed with the inventory and how clean every car is and even the facilities. They are by far the best used car dealer in Illinois. They are fair and all the pictures of cars are of the actual car, this alone is far more than any dealership in central Illinois. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a good dependable used car shop at Auto House in Bloomington. We will be back next year when our son is ready to drive.

Cliff made the purchase process so simple…we were in and out of there in no time with ZERO pressure. When I purchased the vehicle, the stereo wasn’t working, and they were waiting on a replacement. I opted to leave without it and bring it back another time to get it worked on. Andrew was SO great about communicating and working with my schedule to replace the stereo. They even came to my work to get it and deliver it back to me! The whole team, including JP, was friendly and committed to making sure all issues were resolved.
I’ve bought vehicles from other places before and never had that level of true customer service. I will buy my next vehicle from them and recommend the Auto House of Bloomington to others.
